How to connect an iPhone to the radio

Connecting your iPhone to the radio:
Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone.
On the radio, press "Tel", then select "Pair telephone". A timer starts, leaving you around one minute to pair your telephone with the radio.
On your iPhone, go to "Settings" then "Bluetooth" and run a device search.
The radio should be displayed in the list of devices under the name "R&GO MULTIMEDIA"; select it to proceed with pairing.
Wait until the radio and your iPhone ask you to confirm pairing. Confirm pairing by pressing "OK" on the radio and then "Pair" on your iPhone.
In the settings of the R&GO application, click on "Connect to the R&GO MULTIMEDIA car radio".
On the R&Go home page, press on the "Settings" icon and then press "Connection settings".
Press "Connect the R&GO MULTIMEDIA car radio". Check that there is an icon on the "R&GO MULTIMEDIA" line. It shows that your telephone is definitely connected to your radio.
Creating shortcuts

On one of the shortcut pages (represented by six "+" icons) press on an "Add a shortcut" icon (+).
You can then choose to place your shortcut on the first, second or third page of shortcuts. Make your choice and press "+".
You can then choose shortcuts for applications, contacts, R&Go features or even radios.
NB: Adding a radio as a shortcut requires a Bluetooth connection to the radio.

How to set-up the WAZE widget ?

The WAZE logo is displayed by default on the ‘shortcuts’ screen. If the WAZE app is not installed on your smartphone, when clicking the icon you will be redirected to the app's page on Google Play or the Apple Store.
Choose the WAZE application as the default navigation application in the ‘navigation menu’ → ‘navigation settings’ & choose the navigation widget display in the ‘widget menu’.
NOTE: You must have the WAZE app installed on your smartphone to use this feature.
The WAZE widget displays: • Distance to destination • Prompts for your next turn • Stations & parking nearby • Voice guidance (requires a bluetooth audio source)
How to use the driving behaviour widget ?

Choose to display the driving behaviour widget on the ‘widget menu’.
The feature will help to reduce your vehicle’s CO2 emissions and encourage a smoother and more economical drive.
The top of the circle shows the level of acceleration (green, orange, red) with a smiley face in the middle to assess your driving.
The bottom of the circle displays the level of anticipation (in blue) and the time without acceleration is displayed in the middle.

How to deactivate / reactivate manually the tire pressure function?

In order to manually deactivate / reactivate the 'tire pressure' function, here are the steps to follow:
• Launch the R&Go application on your smartphone;
• Slide to the left to access the Menu page;
• Tap the 'Vehicle' icon;
• Tap the 'Vehicle Settings' icon;
• Press 'Help Systems';
• Press the 'Tire pressure' box to disable / enable the function.
How can I check the tire status of my vehicle?

Please follow these steps to check the tire status of your vehicle:
Launch the R & Go application
Swipe to the right to access the Menu page
Tap the 'Car' icon
Click on the 'Dashboard' icon
Choose 'Tire Status'.
Note:
The global status of tire pressure is available for all vehicles equipped with the Radio Connect R&Go system.
If the tire is damaged, the warning light will be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle.
The status for each tire is available only for TWINGO.
If the tire is orange -> underinflated tire
If the tire is red -> flat tire
How to access the alert dictionary?

To access the alert dictionary, please follow this procedure from your smartphone:
Launch the Radio Connect R & Go application.
Slide to the left to access the Menu page.

I used Web Radio and Gracenote on R&Go but it no longer works, what to do?

The Web Radio and Grace Note features are no longer present in the new version 2.4 of the R & Go application.
However, Web Radio and Grace Note is still available with the version 2.3 until January 1, 2020.
Before you call, help us by having the multimedia software version installed in your vehicle, available. This can be found on the settings screen within your vehicle.
